Water Hand Pump

About This Cause

In Sri Lanka's dry zone and estate communities, safe water is scarce and often shared far too widely. A hand pump on a shallow tube well is a fast, low-maintenance way to bring water to a household or a small cluster of homes.

Your gift covers the tube well, the pump and installation by our local partner, along with basic training so the community can keep it running. (Depth and the exact number of homes served are confirmed per site.)

What Your Gift Does

• Tube well plus hand pump
• Serves one household or a small cluster
• Installed by a trusted local partner
• Simple upkeep the community can manage
